Sylvie Spielman-Vaught is a mixed-race creatrix, Spiritual Practitioner, Life Doula, and Healer whose work centers women's empowerment, embodiment, and ancestral healing.

She holds two women-centric degrees from UCLA, grounding her spiritual and healing practice in academic inquiry and lived experience. Sylvie's work integrates spiritual guidance, meditation, energy and breath work, mantra, and beauty as pathways to self-love and collective care. A licensed Agape Spiritual Practitioner and Practitioner of Shri Vidya Tantra, she supports women in healing personal, societal, and ancestral trauma while cultivating deep connection and liberation.
